Brother-in laws Jimmy Nitsolas and Phil Hanos are excited to bring Urban Kitchen to the Wilmington community. Collectively, they have over 40 years of experience in the restaurant industry, with 18 of them right here in “the middle of it all” in North Wilmington off of Concord Pike.
After serving in the Greek Navy, Jimmy began his career as a cook and worked his way up to a Chef. Jimmy’s favorite meal on the menu is Greek skillet with a freshly squeezed orange juice as it reminds him of his favorite hobby: waking up early on a cool autumn morning to go hunting.

A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in New York, Phil’s passion is for customers to enjoy comfort meals while creating memories with their loved ones. For this reason, Phil’s recommended item on the menu for customers to enjoy together is Mediterranean flatbread accompanied with the brunch punch.
Located in the Prices Corner Shopping Center off Kirkwood Highway in Wilmington, Urban Kitchen was designed with the community in mind: providing customers the place to unwind and unite for delicious meals anytime of the day.
